Prada Fall/Winter 1999

Prada collections that I missed and am missing. Prada collections that were to early for being late. Great Prada collections that should belong to me and our collective heart forever.

Twombly Dialogues IV

1. Cy Twombly Rotalla, 1986
2. Helmut Lang Jürgen Teller, Backstage Fall/Winter 1999

The second pairing of Twombly and Lang. Here, we can most certainly speak of a direct 'dialogue' - having Lang's shredded clothes sculptures in mind, his series 'Make It Hard' from 2011 vividly seeks in continuing the artistic tradition of Cy Twombly.

Historiographed

1. Raf Simons Isolated Heroes
2. Raf Simons Fall/Winter 1999 & Lanvin Spring/Summer 2013
3. Lanvin Spring/Summer 2013 & Raf Simons Fall/Winter 1999

In homage to Joan Rivers we could call this category Bitch stole my look! The secret club of bowl cut leatherettes. Could also be a new alternative boy group format. Either way, 14 years later no one can call it copycatting, right?
